Wild berry gin cocktail using Kinross Wild Berry Fruits. Our collaborator Vicenç Mora show us how to make a cocktail with gin using Kinross Wild Berry Fruits and natural juices of tamarind, lychee, ginger and a tomato maceration with tequila, mandarin and egg white. This cocktail is inspired by the concept of Indian thought, the Samsara, described as rebirth and reincarnation of living beings. A cocktail that will surely make you have good karma.
Recipe coctel with gin Samsara:
- 4,5cl kinross Gin wild berry fruits
- 2cl tamarind(*) juice
- 3cl lychee juice
- 0,5cl ginger juice
- 1cl tomato maceration with tequila “reposado”, mandarin and egg white
How to make cocktail with gin Samsara: “Shake” all the ingredients with ice and serve it with a cup.
Garnish: A touch of grated tonka bean and add something that inspires you this combined.
