Teichenné Passionate Wind cocktail

Passionate Wind is a new proposal from our collaborator Álvaro Martín. On this occasion he propose a cocktail with tropical flavors adding what he calls “Passion Fruit air”, a foam created from puree, egg white and 1 tablespoon cane sugar. Definitely an authentic #TropicalExperience.


  • 5cl Kinross Gin Tropic&Exotic Fruits
  • 6cl Refreshing drink of Passion Fruit
  • 3Cl Mango puree
  • 1 tablespoon cane sugar
  • lemon juice
  • Top of citrus tonicwater

Teichenné Passionate Wind – cocktail preparation:

“Shake” all the ingredients with crushed ice.
Serve in Old Fashioned glass, Add the citrus tonicwater until top and use the “passion fruit air”.

*Preparation of “passion fruit air”:
- 1 egg white
– 1 tablespoon cane sugar
– 3cl Passion Fruit puree

In a bowl add the 3 ingredients. Cover with clear paper leaving a hole for mixer. Beat for one minute until everything convert to foam or air.
