Mead: is an alcoholic beverage created by fermenting honey with water, sometimes with various fruits, spices, grains, or hops. The alcoholic content ranges from about 8% ABV to more than 20%. - 5cl Mead of mezcal Machetazo
- 2cl egg white
- 2cl lime juice
- 2cl Ginger liqueur Teichenné
- 3cl fruit puree of Passion Fruit Teichenné
- 1cl Maple syrup
- 1cl homemade honey
- 5 drops of Droplets Fresh Ginger
Mead preparation: honey, water, clove, nutmeg, black pepper and lime. Once made, add mezcal until you get a graduation of 15% vol.
Teichenné cocktail Meztizo preparation : Add all ingredients without ice in “boston” shaker. Emulsify the egg white, add the ice and shake. Serve with a simple strainer. Garnish of “trisquel” of honey and dehydrated lime.
