Our collaborator Juanmi Cabello prepares us the cocktail Spring Punch.
An author’s drink, a literal walk through the intricacies of spring, basing the main idea of this recipe with the concept of the oldest cocktail in the world, the “Punch“.
Spring Punch will flood you the synergy with which the aroma and flavor go hand in hand.


  • 4-6 basil leaves
  • 3,5cl sweet vermouth Olave
  • 1,5cl Kinross Gin Citric&Dry
  • 2cl fresh lime juice
  • 2cl violet syrup
  • 3 dash bitter of green cardamom and cloves (homemade)

Preparation Spring Punch: “shake” all the ingredients and serve in a rock glass.
Garnish: decorate with pansy flower, large-flowered hybrid plant cultivated as a garden flower. It is derived by hybridization from several species in the section Melanium (“the pansies”) of the genus Viola, particularly Viola tricolor
