Kinross Gin

Jellies strawberry and passion fruit

Ingredients:

Jelly strawberry:

  • 5cl Kinross Gin Liquor Strawbrerry
  • 2cl Fruit puree of Strawberry
  • 15cl Tonic water
  • 2 tablespoon sugar

Jellies preparation: Once reaches boiling add a pinch of powder of Agar. Turn off heat and let cool to make it gelatinous in outside and liquid inside.

Jelly Passion Fruit:

  • 5cl Kinross Gin Tropical&Exotic Fruits
  • 2cl Fruit puree of passion fruit
  • 15cl Tonic water
  • 2 tablespoon sugar

Jellies preparation: Once reaches boiling add a pinch of powder of Agar. Turn off heat and let cool to make it gelatinous in outside and liquid inside.
