Exotic cocktail with tropical gin Kinross – Sundown Mixology
Exotic cocktail by Álvaro Martín
Kinross Gin Tropical & Exotic fruits is the main ingredient of this exotic cocktail or tropical cocktail, very summery and elaborated by our “sweetest” collaborator of the south, Álvaro Martín. It is a cocktail to enjoy in a hot and humid place, where the sun falls at sunset, giving a reddish hue to the sky mixed with pastel tones. As the same name says. A drink that, besides refreshing, produces a game of exotic sensations, sweet and soft, and with an acid touch. Ideal to enjoy in good company. Simply spectacular. It is a #TropicalExperience!
- 5cl Kinros Gin Tropical&Exotic Fruits
- 2cl Schnapps melon
- top of Passion Fruit puree
- top of Mango puree
- Agave syrup
- 15cl pineapple juice
How to make exotic cocktail: “shake” with crushed ice all the ingredients for 15 seconds, about, and serve it in a “Old Fashioned” glass with crushed ice.
Garnish: decorate with a peppermint sprig, strips of *Yuzu and **Persian lime.
*Yuzu: The fruit looks somewhat like a small grapefruit with an uneven skin, and can be either yellow or green depending on the degree of ripeness. Yuzu fruits, which are very aromatic, typically range between 5.5 and 7.5 cm in diameter, but can be as large as a regular grapefruit. Information source Wikipedia
**Persian lime: The tree is nearly thornless. The fruit is about 6 centimetres (2.4 in) in diameter, often with slightly nippled ends, and is usually sold while green, although it yellows as it reaches full ripeness. It is also widely available dried, as it is often used this way in Persian cuisine. Information source Wikipedia
