Dulcinea Mixology cocktail – Our collaborator Álvaro Martín prepares us the Dulcinea cocktail. This tropical cocktail takes you and help you to discover the Caribbean seas, bordering its coasts and enjoying its crystalline waters, sailing on its waves with an autochthonous drink, fusing its tropical fruits with our Kinross Gin Tropical&Exotic Fruits.

Ingredients:

  • 5cl Kinross Gin Tropical&Exotic Fruits
  • 2cl Mango Liqueur
  • white sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • 2cl Passion Fruit puree
  • top of tonic water

Preparation of Dulcinea Mixology: “shake” all the ingredients with ice, and serve it in a old fashioned glass and top of tonic water.
Garnish: Licorice powder and lemon blossom.
