Boadas Sunset liquor – Teichenné cocktail by Adal Márquez
Boadas Sunset liquor – Our collaborator Adal Márquez prepares us the cocktail Boadas Sunset liquor. This cocktail combines fresh flavors with acidic touches, joining perfectly with our most awarded liqueurs. Ginger liqueur and Elderflower liqueur. We finished the cocktail with a smoked apple-tree to enhance the fruity. This spectacular cocktail has been made in the Cathedral of the Cocktail, Boadas Cocktail, the oldest cocktail bar in Barcelona.
- 1cl grapefruit juice
- 2cl lime juice
- 1,5cl lemon juice
- 3 Basil leaves
- 2 barspoon of Raspberry jam and red pepper
- 4cl Pomegranate juice, pitaya and watermelon
- 1cl Ginger puree
- 3,5cl Ginger liqueur
- 1,5cl Elderflower liqueur
Preparation of Boadas Sunset liquor: Shake vigorously all the ingredients in the order they appear, pouring to oxygenate the mix and strain it two times.
Smoke with apple-tree smoke.
