Blue snow cocktail with Kinross Gin Citric&Dry: Our collaborator Vicenç Mora prepares us a “wintry” cocktail, combining the fresh citrus of our Kinross gin and the intense blue sweet of the blue curaçao liqueur. It is completed with the floral touch of hibiscus. A cocktail inspired by the days of snow, where the cold can leave you frozen, but this cocktail will make you melt if you are in good company … and that you can prepare at home or enjoy it in the cocktail bar Glops located in la Seu d’Urgell.
Blue snow cocktail recipe:
- 4,5cl Kinross Gin Citric&Dry
- 3cl blue curaçao liqueur
- Top of ginger beer
Preparation of Blue snow cocktail: We add all the ingredients in a shaker except ginger beer. Shake and serve in a wide glass with crushed ice. Top of ginger beer and decorate with dehydrated hibiscus flower.
