The Evolutive Gintonic is a Concept created by our partner Manu Llorens Porcar. Consists in modifying the final sip of your gintonic through an ice cube made with selected ingredients to give it character, flavor and color desired in the final.
We prepare our gintonic of Level Gin Reserve:
– 5cl Level Gin Reserve
– Stick of cinnamon
– 20cl tonicwater
put an ice cube previously made with soluble coffee, liquid caramel and water, on top. When the ice cube begins to melt it gives a different character, an intense flavor of caramelized coffee in final keeping toasty notes due to its aging in oak barrels, giving our drink a full experience.
