Fair Fibar Valladolid – Teichenné present at its fifth edition
In this fifth edition, the fair Fibar Valladolid strengthens its position as the benchmark Professional Exhibition and Congress within the national scene, with a clear focus towards its internationalisation. It continues to feature innovations in both form and content, without relinquishing its clear educational calling.
Fibar has reasons to celebrate this year: “David versus Goliath” is one of the themes that have lead this year’s content, which will welcome major local guests in unexpected locations, as well as gurus and new promises.
Other innovative actions will be “FIBAR – ESPACIOS SINGULARES” where a series of activities with the goal of finding their best framework will be carried out in different venues in the city, achieving unique atmospheres where learning and staging will work together. The new edition of the “III ENCUENTRO EUROPEO DE COCTELERIA TIKI”, is to be highlighted, featuring a relaxed atmosphere, infecting us with the typical aloha from this culture and trying to bring everything that surrounds it closer. These actions are part of our yearly tribute that aims to reflecting on the future of national bartending, starting from a strong memory, based on the great stories from our past. We will be present at Fair Fibar Valladolid once again, reaffirming our commitment and support to the fair, the mixology industry, and the barman and barmaids as the key in the distillates industry. There will be Premium brands available at our booth, such as Level Gin, Kinross Gin, Tabú Rum, Teichenné schnapps, and decanters, among others.
Angela Albuixech, barmaid at the aperitif and cocktail bar Vermutiki and expert in mixology using aperitifs, will be accompanying us this year, among others. David Kandinsky, a highly regarded professional in the industry with a career filled with accomplishments (2016 second place winner at the Valencian Community and Murcian Barmen Association, second place in the 2016 National Championship of the Fibar Gin Rutte competition…), and winner of the Glenfiddich Fusion Spain will also be joining us. He will compete at finals of the famous “World’s Most Experimental Bartender” by Glenfiddich on November 9th in Scotland.
To complete the team of bartenders / aids, Marina Canales, Head bartender / mixologist Gravy Cocktail Bar, and Jaime Bernabé of Aura Café in Murcia.
Access to Fair Fibar will be restricted and will have a purely professional nature. Attendees will need to present their professional credentials or sign up in advance at Fibar Valladolid 2017, filling in the required fields.
